Shipping policy

 1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

British Vintage Factory ships worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery method. Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. British Vintage Factory reserves the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

5. SHIPPING METHODS

British Vintage Factory uses reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. The available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

6. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

7. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

British Vintage Factory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

9. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact@britishvintagefactory.com

10. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE

British Vintage Factory is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

12. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.

13. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

14. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday periods, shipping times may be extended due to the high volume of mail. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
